Simeon Simms, Amor Wilson, Djai Starr, Phil Samba, and Cartell Lowe-Vidal have had to deal with their fair share of racism, and homophobia, growing up black as well as growing up gay - racism that has been committed by members of the gay community.
'Do you think being a black man, makes it harder being gay?'
Their unfiltered experiences are here for your eyes and ears only. From the last time they cried to racial fetishes, nothing is off-topic. This is panel: Black and Queer

Vogue, the dance, not the magazine.
Voguing is fairly new, created in the 80s, compared to the New York City drag ballroom scene which goes back to at least the 1920s. The dance's name is borrowed from Vogue magazine. The movements that define voguging are also styled after the model poses in Vogue. Willi Ninja, considered the godfather of vogue, also drew inspirations from some unlikely sources such as mimes and martial arts. Voguing also happens at Kiki balls—like a junior legeauge before the main competitions of the ballroom scene. In the LGBTQ community voguing is more than just a popular dance fad co-opted into mainstream. Surrogate families called houses are also a major part of the ballroom scene.

A supposed surprise birthday party was actually a chance for Matt to propose to his boyfriend TJ. Check out what happened!
In 2017 I met the perfect man for me, although he lived in USA and I lived in Mexico. But we didn't see that as an obstacle, so in 2018 we decided to start a Long Distance Relationship, and everything went amazing so in 2019 I decided to propose to him in our holiday in Brasil and many people were involved in. My dancers friends from Hello Dolly Mexico help me record a video that I sent to my dancers friends from Billy Elliot and Aparecida O Musical, with a choreography so they can learn it. We were supposed to go sightseeing in Sâo Paulo with one of my closest friends in Valentine's Day but she said that she needed to go and record some dancers choreography first, so my boyfriend and I went with her and this is what happened after...

My best friend and his partner are now married and are going to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary this year (2015). Love is Love and I was just glad to be there to capture the moment.
With fireworks glaring in the background, Rick popped the question to the love of his life, Richard. A crowd of 80 of their closest friends and family were present and all kept the proposal a secret from Richard. Coincidentally, Richard was also planning a more intimate proposal of his own, but Rick beat him to the punch in gay dramatic style.
The happy couple has set their wedding date for March 16, 2019.
LZ Granderson, Los Angeles Times sports and culture columnist, talks to Gerald Garth and Brandon Anthony, who are helping to organize the All Black Lives Matter march on Sunday, June 14.

INTRODUCTION:
Mr. David Johns of the National Black Justice Coalition is an educator, an unapologetic advocate for youths who far too often find themselves neglected or ignored, and so much more. We are honored to have him on this episode to talk about his passion for young people’s mental health and share with us the many important lessons that he learned in the process of helping them figure out their identities and navigate the environment in which they live and grow up in. Tune in to find out what he means when he says there is no such thing as a problem child, what parents can do to communicate better with their teenagers and kids, and other invaluable tools and insights in this episode.
KEY POINTS / MAIN TAKEAWAYS:
Working with mental health in youths: Why it’s important to David.
Lessons learned in his work.
The omnipresence of white supremacy in data.
How you listen to learn and not listen to respond.
Why adults need to hold themselves accountable for their failures.
Why do we keep boxing our Black youths? How can we stop and do better?
QUOTABLES:
“Too often adults seek to solve problems for youths without ever asking them what's wrong. The question is usually, ‘What's wrong with you?’ We don't ask, ‘What's wrong?’”
“Whenever people talk about young people, for me, it's important that young people are able to talk for themselves and whenever young people are centered for me, it's important that people hold space for the fullness of their diversity.”
