With fireworks glaring in the background, Rick popped the question to the love of his life, Richard. A crowd of 80 of their closest friends and family were present and all kept the proposal a secret from Richard. Coincidentally, Richard was also planning a more intimate proposal of his own, but Rick beat him to the punch in gay dramatic style.

The happy couple has set their wedding date for March 16, 2019.

My best friend and his partner are now married and are going to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary this year (2015). Love is Love and I was just glad to be there to capture the moment.

8 years ago Joty & Robert met at a social justice conference. Coincidentally, they found out that they both had been accepted and agreed to attend Morehouse College. Like many gay couples, Joty and Robert were faced with the social and religious stigma that their relationship presented. Yet, their perserveance to maintain a balanced and healthy relationship is what helped them get to this point.

In 2017 I met the perfect man for me, although he lived in USA and I lived in Mexico. But we didn't see that as an obstacle, so in 2018 we decided to start a Long Distance Relationship, and everything went amazing so in 2019 I decided to propose to him in our holiday in Brasil and many people were involved in. My dancers friends from Hello Dolly Mexico help me record a video that I sent to my dancers friends from Billy Elliot and Aparecida O Musical, with a choreography so they can learn it. We were supposed to go sightseeing in Sâo Paulo with one of my closest friends in Valentine's Day but she said that she needed to go and record some dancers choreography first, so my boyfriend and I went with her and this is what happened after...
