Mr. David Johns of the National Black Justice Coalition is an educator, an unapologetic advocate for youths who far too often find themselves neglected or ignored, and so much more. 8 years ago Joty & Robert met at a social justice conference. Coincidentally, they found out that they both had been accepted and agreed to attend Morehouse College. Like many gay couples, Joty and Robert were faced with the social and religious stigma that their relationship presented. Yet, their perserveance to maintain a balanced and healthy relationship is what helped them get to this point.

On February 11, 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia, we attended our first gay wedding - and it was our own! Enjoy this video from our New Orleans-inspired celebration.
